Position Overview
The SVP of International Marketing leads all aspects of marketing, including the development and execution of marketing plans, strategies and programs to enable continued international growth and profitability. This role directs a team responsible for implementing international marketing initiatives, defining consumer insights, and providing marketing expertise and recommendations to field marketers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive international marketing plans and initiatives.
- Lead and guide the marketing team in rolling out strategic programs.
- Define consumer insights and provide expert marketing recommendations to field marketers.
- Align marketing strategies with growth and profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field from an accredited college/university.
- More than 15 years of marketing/advertising work experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in the international business community, preferably in the restaurant industry (QSR, casual dining, full service, and/or food and beverage).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and align strategic marketing and advertising plans that drive market penetration and profitability.
- Extensive experience managing multiple agencies, including international media agencies.
- 7-10 years of managerial experience.
- Expertise in both traditional and digital media planning and implementation.
- Strong communication, negotiation, strategic planning, and team development skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, including extensive international travel.

- Master's Degree (MBA)
