Position Overview
We are excited for the future and our continued growth. We are seeking a marketer with a business development mindset and experience in professional services to execute enterprise-wide, growth-oriented initiatives. This full‐time position is a strategic contributor to relationship marketing, sales enablement, and brand-building activities on a 10+ person marketing team reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee relationship marketing efforts, including managing the annual NPS client satisfaction survey outreach and partnering with Vertical Market Leaders and Client Partners to execute and enhance the survey program.
- Collaborate with the Content team to leverage testimonial content and support firmwide programs that enhance client relationships and reinforce our premium service positioning.
- Coordinate key account management and Account Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives, including client retention activities and organizing marketing efforts around new office openings.
- Act as the lead marketing contact for firmwide memberships/alliances (e.g., TIAG/TAG) and drive sales enablement initiatives such as the internal “Spot the Opportunity” program.
- Manage onboarding programs for new lateral Partners and Managing Directors, maintain CRM data by adding and subscribing new contacts in Salesforce, and ensure continuous connection with Vertical Market Leaders for new relationship opportunities.
- Support broader marketing and growth team initiatives, including launching an Employee Advocacy platform, executing alumni marketing campaigns, reporting on marketing ROI, and standardizing client onboarding activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications; or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in a professional services or partnership setting (e.g., accounting, law, consulting).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail combined with strong client service and independent judgment.
- Results-oriented with a passion for driving growth and innovation, and a collaborative mindset to work across departments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CRM systems, with a preference for Salesforce.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms.
