Job Description
Position Overview
Join our team as a Help Desk / Tech Support Representative. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA with 1 day work from home and 4 days in-office in Peachtree Corners. Compensation: $26-27 per hour. You will provide technical and customer support through multiple channels as part of an innovative technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software
- Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions
- Assist customers through multiple communication channels
- Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement
- Provide first-class technical support to customers
Required Qualifications
- Comfortable working with Chat, Email, and Phone
- Experience in customer support via Email and Chat
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, and MS Dynamics
- Demonstrated strong job tenure (15+ months in each of the last 3 roles)
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Proficient in technology troubleshooting
- Experience in Tech Support is essential
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in law enforcement (nice to have)
