Job Description

Position Overview

Join our team as a Help Desk / Tech Support Representative. This hybrid role is based in Atlanta, GA with 1 day work from home and 4 days in-office in Peachtree Corners. Compensation: $26-27 per hour. You will provide technical and customer support through multiple channels as part of an innovative technology company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to various products and software
  • Build and maintain subject matter expertise of all company products and solutions
  • Assist customers through multiple communication channels
  • Report bugs and trends to stakeholders for process improvement
  • Provide first-class technical support to customers

Required Qualifications

  • Comfortable working with Chat, Email, and Phone
  • Experience in customer support via Email and Chat
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, and MS Dynamics
  • Demonstrated strong job tenure (15+ months in each of the last 3 roles)
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Proficient in technology troubleshooting
  • Experience in Tech Support is essential

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in law enforcement (nice to have)
