Be part of an elite team of Field Sales Representatives delivering personalized, white glove experiences directly to customers’ homes. Enjoy a Compensation package ranging from $60,300 to $100,000 – including uncapped commission potential, with top earners achieving up to $100,000.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in comprehensive paid training and ongoing mentoring to prepare you for independent field work.
  • Engage with pre-scheduled appointments, connecting with warm prospects and existing customers daily.
  • Utilize strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales and deliver hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of commission sales experience; outside sales experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record in achieving commission sales targets and upselling to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Must maintain a valid driver’s license – a company vehicle is provided for official business use only.
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check (including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record).
