  <ul style="padding-left:20px; margin:10px 0;">
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Detail the overall Architectural design - decide which tech stack needs change to meet the requirement.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Discuss and detail with the Interfaces team for interface design (SAP, GBI, Mulesoft).</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Participate in workshops with various stakeholders for solution design.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Guide the Offshore team on the analysis and details that need to be captured.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Review the design work produced by the offshore team.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Design the overall architecture structure in coordination with the Tech Lead of the core team.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Analyze the needs of large systems and break them down into smaller, manageable parts.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Plan the most suitable software, hardware, and integration methods.</li>
    <li style="margin:8px 0;">Work with the Business SPOC or Product Owner to define the blueprint of roadmap applications and develop a high-level execution plan.</li>
