Position Overview

As the Social Media & Marketing Manager at The Rentz Team, you will drive brand domination across social media platforms by turning followers into leads with creative, strategic content. You’ll craft scroll-stopping posts with clear calls-to-action, compelling captions, and smart hashtags, ensuring every post performs at its best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative social media strategies with scroll-stopping hooks, clear CTAs, and compelling captions.
  • Manage and optimize content on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, including high-quality graphics, reels, and videos.
  • Engage with audiences daily by responding to comments, building community, and tracking analytics to convert followers into leads.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives such as Google Business Profile updates, blog creation, and newsletter distribution.
  • Create and optimize digital funnels, including Stan Store offers, opt-ins, and ManyChat automations to drive conversions.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years in social media marketing with a proven track record (real estate experience is a plus).
  • Expertise in current social media trends, content creation, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in video editing, graphic design, and managing FB/Meta Ads and Google Business Profile.
  • Experience with digital funnel creation, Stan Store, and ManyChat automation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Real estate marketing experience and familiarity with local market dynamics.
  • A creative storyteller with a passion for turning digital engagement into tangible growth.
