We’re looking for a hands-on, strategic Administrator of IT Operations to lead our internal tech stack, drive security/compliance, and champion AI-powered workflows. You’ll own our Microsoft 365 E5 environment, master our Atlassian stack, and provide in-person support for our 45-person hybrid team.

What You’ll Own:

• ✅ IT strategy, infrastructure, and daily operations
• ✅ Microsoft 365 E5 administration (Teams, SharePoint, Azure AD, Entra ID, Intune, etc.)
• ✅ Jira + Confluence master admin — workflows, permissions, structure
• ✅ Security/compliance policies, documentation, audits, and access control
• ✅ Hands-on, in-person tech support for staff (device setup, troubleshooting, onboarding/offboarding)
• ✅ Internal documentation standards and SOPs
• ✅ Network and endpoint management (Meraki, device security, VPN)
• ✅ Operational implementation of AI/automation tools
• ✅ IT roadmap, tech vendor liaison, and internal tech projects

What You Bring:

• 🎓 Bachelor’s in CS, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 💼 5+ years of IT experience
• 🔐 Deep Microsoft 365 admin skills (E5 license experience preferred)
• 🧩 Jira/Confluence admin experience required
• 🛡️ Security-first mindset: Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, DLP, endpoint protection, data compliance
• 🧠 1+ years of experience deploying AI/automation tools in IT workflows
• 🧰 Comfortable with hybrid infrastructure, remote monitoring, and documentation best practices
• 🧑 💻 Strong hands-on support and troubleshooting skills (Windows/Mac/network)
• 📍 Local to Austin, TX, and able to work on-site every day
