Kickstart your career with Trinity Solar as an Entry-Level Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll develop your sales skills through a comprehensive personal development program with paid training and ongoing support. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary plus commissions and receive a guaranteed paycheck of $1,000 per week during training.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads of homeowners interested in residential solar energy systems.
- Schedule free information sessions with prospective customers.
- Act as a consultant by providing valuable product knowledge to interested homeowners.
- Continuously build and maintain industry knowledge.
- Represent Trinity Solar professionally and with integrity.
- Achieve and surpass lead generation targets.
Required Qualifications
- Self-driven and highly motivated attitude.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving goals.
- Reliable transportation and a cell phone with data/internet access.
- Must be 18 years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is an advantage.
- Bilingual skills.
- Clean DMV record (where applicable).
