The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP)

is seeking an innovative and creative Recruitment Marketing Associate to join our team. We are looking for a passionate, organized, and motivated individual to promote CHOP’s recruitment initiatives to attract the best and brightest candidates to join us. The Recruitment Marketing Associate will be responsible for developing effective strategies and campaigns to increase CHOP’s recruitment visibility, including developing content for digital marketing channels. We are looking for someone who is able to think strategically as well as implement and manage marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, and a minimum of three years of experience in marketing, recruiting, or a related field. Experience in healthcare recruiting is a plus. We also need someone with excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment marketing strategies and campaigns to increase CHOP’s visibility.
  • Create content for digital marketing channels, including website, email, social media, and other online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners.
  • Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics and trends.
  • Develop and manage recruitment budget.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure recruitment goals are being met.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment marketing.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to execute recruitment initiatives.
  • Assist in developing recruitment process and policy improvements.
  • Prepare periodic reports on recruitment performance and goals.
