Position Overview

KnowBe4, the provider of the world's largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, is seeking Sales Account Executives who use a consultative selling approach to help organizations improve their security posture. Based in the greater Tampa Bay area, this role focuses on managing opportunities with small and mid-sized businesses (under 500 employees) and offersuncapped commissionsandmonthly bonusesin a fun, casual, and growth-oriented work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell KnowBe4's range of products and services
  • Identify and close net new customers in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers by developing and managing relationships with prospects
  • Forecast new business opportunities that lead to successful client relationships and sales
  • Identify key decision makers and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and high-level prospecting
  • Articulate the value proposition of KnowBe4's products to improve customers' security awareness and overall security
  • Achieve or exceed monthly quotas and/or targets
  • Represent KnowBe4 at trade shows and follow up on marketing leads to generate new sales opportunities
  • Negotiate discounted pricing in line with established policies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer calls, emails, and related activities in compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is a plus
  • Proven track record in sales
  • 1-3 years selling software to Small Medium Enterprises
  • Familiarity with standard IT security concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Experience with Salesforce and Gmail
  • Network or Security Plus preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Stats-driven business professional with a motivated, energetic, and self-starting attitude
  • Strong collaborative and teamwork skills with the ability to work with minimal supervision
