Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer transactions by accurately following standard operating procedures for purchases, returns, exchanges, and store credits while properly securing cash and negotiable documents.
• Incorporate suggestive selling techniques to assist customers and respond promptly to inquiries and needs.
• Assist with merchandising including replenishing stock, maintaining store layout and cleanliness, and ensuring proper upkeep of floor stock and fitting room areas.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, adhere to POS instructions, and stay informed about current merchandise promotions and advertisements.

Physical Requirements

• Climb ladders to access merchandise and supplies, while distinguishing between fabric patterns and colors.
