The Hoffmann Agency, a partner of Symmetry Financial Group, is looking for driven sales representatives to join our team and help protect families across the nation with life and health insurance, mortgage protection, and financial advisement. This commission based sales position offers the opportunity to work either part-time or full-time with the potential to earn significant income. Candidates have the chance to build their own team and even achieve contractual ownership of their agency, creating a pathway for passive income and a lasting legacy. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one mentorship to all agents.
  • Conduct both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Work with warm leads from families who have requested coverage.
  • Meet virtually with families to provide appropriate life and health insurance solutions.
  • Maintain a flexible work environment that supports a healthy work-life balance.
  • Hire based on character, not background or experience, while fostering a community of personal growth.
  • Design policies tailored to clients’ individual needs.
  • Ensure families are protected through the best available product lines in the financial marketplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain a life/health insurance license in your respective state (license not required for hire).
