Job Overview:

The Information Systems and Compliance Auditor is an integral part of our team that focuses on training, help desk support, data auditing, system settings, and regulatory compliance. This position's primary focus will be on conducting internal audits, working on external audits, new hire orientation, and basic software support as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit billing from various departments for accuracy and report any discrepancies to the finance department and the LTSS Data and Billing Coordinator.
  • Follow a regular audit schedule in addition to random internal audits along with external audits.
  • Work on audit responses for internal and external audits.
  • Conduct MA# audits to ensure information in LTSS and EPREP is accurate.
  • Manage the addition and removal of properties in EPREP as well as the inclusion and removal of Board members.
  • Manage PCIS2 accounts for all company staff and assist with removal and setup of accounts as needed.
  • Act as a liaison between finance and various departments to ensure accurate data entry in systems and share audit results.
  • Assist in conducting internal audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Assist in managing MMIS (Maryland Medicaid Information Systems).
  • Conduct audits of MMIS, EPREP, LTSS, and PCIS2 to ensure all information is accurate.
  • Conduct new hire orientation for UKG or iCareManager systems and provide basic help desk support as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree and/or bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field with 1-3 years of professional work experience.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to work with complex data sets and parse data as required.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and client service skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
