Position Overview
EZ Travel is seeking a versatile and organized Bilingual Travel Operator to join our team. This hybrid role combines administrative customer service with active, on‐the‐ground hospitality. You will be the primary point of contact for clients visiting the U.S. from China, managing their journey from the initial booking phase to their actual visit. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a flexible schedule, loves driving/hosting, and has strong logistical skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Compensation: $27,000.00 - $31,000.00 per year | Work Location: Hybrid remote in Las Vegas, NV 89103
- Remote / Work from Home: Handle bookings, itineraries, and communication during the planning phase.
- In-Person / Field Work: Serve as the driver and local guide when clients arrive in the U.S.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients in Chinese to determine travel needs and preferences.
- Book domestic and international flights, hotels, and local attractions.
- Create detailed travel itineraries and provide pre-trip support.
- Greet clients upon arrival and serve as their dedicated driver.
- Provide local insights, translation assistance, and ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met.
