Job Description

Position Overview

Odyssey Entertainment Group is a women-led, purpose-driven talent management company that helps creators and artists build lasting brands with heart. As an Associate Talent Manager, you will support a Talent Manager by managing campaign execution from start to finish and acting as a liaison between talent and clients to ensure successful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support for a Talent Manager by managing campaign execution for a talent roster.
  • Act as liaison between talent and client, maintaining clear and effective communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Provide talent with all necessary information and materials to successfully execute their campaigns.
  • Review content against the campaign brief to ensure accuracy and alignment with client expectations.
  • Submit content to the client for approval and communicate any feedback to the talent.
  • Ensure that any edits requested by the client are carried out promptly.
  • Gather and submit insights and performance data to the client post-campaign.
  • Update all campaign information within the company's CRM.

Required Qualifications

  • Passion for and strong knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to respond during evenings and weekends if needed.
  • Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage several projects simultaneously.
  • Commitment to organizational values and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
  • Talent management experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
