In this role, The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the planning and execution of retention marketing initiatives across a portfolio of D2C lifestyle, apparel, and footwear brands. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams—including copy, design, project management, and merchandising—to develop on‐brand campaigns and drive key business results.
Compensation: $80,000 - $95,000
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and measure D2C retention marketing initiatives across multiple lifestyle, apparel, and footwear brands.
- Develop and produce email, app push, and SMS campaigns; assist with affiliate and performance marketing channels as needed.
- Deepen customer understanding by advancing segmentation and adapting messaging for maximum impact.
- Design and launch new multi-touch journeys (triggered and/or scheduled campaigns) to drive incremental purchasing.
- Collaborate with acquisition marketing to drive list growth and quality.
- Create and maintain performance reports; present results and recommendations clearly.
- Work with cross-functional teams (design, merchandising, operations, copywriting) to establish marketing calendars and ensure timely asset production.
- Coordinate asset briefings to enable efficient campaign development from copy and design to review and deployment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-4 years in a marketing role. B2B/D2C experience preferred. Fashion/apparel or footwear exposure is a plus.
- Fluency with at least one Email Service Provider; experience with Klaviyo is preferred.
- Strong grasp of CRM, customer segmentation, and retention strategies; experience with loyalty programs is advantageous.
- Familiarity with SMS/MMS marketing programs is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and initiatives independently while collaborating with various stakeholders.
- Comfortable using Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
