Position Overview

Our Entry Level Account Reps can make a real difference in people's lives. You'll work directly with America's self‐employed, small business owners, and individuals to help them access a product suite of affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits with access to health coverage plans. Our trusted planning and guidance can impact, and protect, families for generations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist self-employed individuals and small business owners in accessing affordable business services, consumer savings programs, and wellness benefits.
• Present and explain a comprehensive portfolio of health coverage plans and related benefits.
• Advise clients on viable alternatives to their current benefit programs.
• Leverage robust training and support to continuously improve sales and service excellence.
• Contribute to the long-term growth and success of the company with transparent reporting and account management.
