  • Conduct interviews, usability testing, and feedback loops to validate designs; synthesize insights into clear recommendations and iterate quickly.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in UX/UI design, product design, or experience design; minimum two years of experience leading workstreams or mentoring designers in an enterprise environment.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in design, HCI, psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience planning and conducting user research and usability testing, translating insights into iterative improvements; experience establishing and maintaining reusable patterns, components, and UX/UI standards to drive consistency at scale.
  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (and comparable design/prototyping tools), including component libraries, design systems, and interactive prototyping.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end experience design (journeys, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes) and measurable impact (adoption, reduced effort, improved usability).
  • Proven ability to partner with product and engineering teams to deliver build-ready designs (specs, annotations, acceptance criteria) and support UAT/release readiness.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment.
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
