Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong Oracle EPM Cloud expertise to support enterprise-scale financial planning, consolidation, and reporting initiatives. This is a techno-functional role requiring hands-on development along with strong finance domain understanding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM Cloud solutions
  • Work across modules: EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, Narrative Reporting
  • Develop and manage business rules, calc scripts, Groovy scripts, and automation
  • Build integrations using DM/FDMEE, REST APIs, OIC, and EPM Automate
  • Handle data loads, reconciliations, financial close processes, and reporting (BIP)
  • Optimize system performance, manage upgrades, and enforce governance standards
  • Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, FP&A, and IT stakeholders
  • Provide technical leadership and mentor junior team members

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS required)
  • Expertise in Cost Allocations & Strategic Modeling
  • Experience with ARCS, FCCS, and ERP integrations
  • Hands-on with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
  • Strong understanding of General Ledger, Financial Close, and Reconciliations
  • Experience in BIP (BI Publisher) reporting
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree with 4+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms
  • Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud
  • Knowledge of SOX controls and audit compliance
  • Oracle EPM certifications (ARCS/FCCS/EPM Cloud)

Preferred Pre-Screening Criteria (Mandatory)

  • Must be local to Alpharetta, GA
  • Must be willing to work onsite 1 2 days/week
  • Must confirm no sponsorship required (now or in future for FTE conversion)

Employment Type

We are open to candidates on W2, 1099, or C2C. Also accepting candidates working through employers on a C2C basis.

Salary Information

The national base pay range below is a good-faith estimate of what our client may pay for new hires. Actual pay may vary based on Client's assessment of the candidates knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, certifications and ability to meet required minimum job qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include prevailing wages in the work location and internal equity. $80 - $95 per hour on C2C.
