Position Overview

In this role, you will sell Comcast Internet, Data, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses, focusing on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities. You will create and deliver face-to-face presentations, work collaboratively with support teams, and consistently exceed sales targets while promoting the Comcast brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop territory through local business partnerships, organizational affiliations, and enhancement of Comcast positioning and brand.
- Maintain quality sales records and prepare sales and activity reports as required.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive impression of the Comcast Experience.
- Drive new acquisition sales of Comcast Commercial Internet, Video, and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
- Generate new leads through prospecting activities such as cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals, and partner relationships.
- Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX, and multi-location opportunities.
- Identify improvement areas via a consultative process to enhance client communication processes.
- Manage a high-activity territory with a comprehensive business plan.
- Collaborate with technical, customer service, and support teams to drive end-to-end customer sales and satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified prospects to consistently meet and exceed monthly quotas.
- Stay knowledgeable about Comcast products and services to effectively facilitate sales efforts.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives while adhering to company standards and professionalism.
- Exhibit punctual, regular, and consistent attendance and perform other assigned duties as required.
- Understand and apply Comcast’s Operating Principles and actively contribute to a team-oriented environment by putting the customer first, continuously learning and advocating for cutting-edge products, and driving results and growth.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree

Benefits & Perks
- Salary: $55,000.00 per year
- Compensation: Total Target Compensation of $105,000.00 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission) with significant upside potential for overachievement.
