Job Description

Position Overview

As the largest provider of travel medicine and vaccination services in the world, Passport Health is focused on ensuring international travelers have a safe and healthy trip. We do this by providing those travelling abroad with the education, vaccinations and medications they need to protect them during their travels. As a Passport Health Customer Sales Representative, you will be responsible for helping our clients that are planning an international trip to schedule their consult, as well as answer questions and conduct soft sales on services offered through Passport Health. You will be part of a high-energy, positive team who thrives on helping people and accomplishing goals. This position is different from most customer service jobs out there in that you will, by-and-large, be handling inbound calls from happy customers at our state-of-the-art call center.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to client inquiries via multiple communication channels
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
  • Schedule travel and booster appointments
  • Promote expansion of products and services offered by Passport Health
  • Provide accurate, valid and timely information using the right tools/resources
  • Handle complex processes and multi-task in a fast-paced environment/resources
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments/co-workers to maximize client experience/resources
  • Perform any reasonable work requested that falls within the qualifications but not specifically described, as determined by call center leadership team

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent track record of attendance, punctuality and adherence to schedule
  • Education: High school degree or equivalent
  • Customer service/sales experience (call center experience preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and courteous approach with coworkers and clients
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented and team-based environment
  • Proficiency with Windows based applications with ability to navigate within multiple screens

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual French and/or Spanish a plus
