We are seeking a Lead Specialist, Workday Supply Chain Management to join our Managed Services practice, where you will make an impact, advance your skills, and experience continuous learning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onshore/offshore teams providing level 2/3 support for Workday managed services engagements, including enhancement, optimization, break/fix, release management, and new feature deployments.
- Act as the Supply Chain Management lead for managed services engagements by being the point of contact for escalations, prioritizing work, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating to drive post-production goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, design, configure, and deliver effective Workday solutions.
- Assist with resource management, forecasting, and load balancing; assess team skills, address gaps, and upskill members as needed.
- Mentor and lead the SCM pillar by guiding Workday Supply Chain consultants, supporting sales and proposal activities, and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and courteous work environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of recent experience in post-production, managed services support, or consulting within Workday Supply Chain Management, with at least two years in a leadership role.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution; an MBA or MIS is preferred.
- Required Workday certification/skills in at least three areas (Procurement, Inventory, Supplier Contracts, Accounts Payable/Supplier Accounts, and Advanced Reporting). Candidates lacking these certifications must secure them within three months of employment.
- Understanding of the ITIL framework, ITSM, and service desk management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively articulate ideas.
- Experience in process reengineering, including designing and implementing business performance management enhancements such as workflow, approvals, and reporting.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship both now and in the future.
