Position Overview

As the company strives to become a Global Top 5 Chemical Company, it offers a 12-Month Marketing Internship in its vibrant Atlanta corporate office. This role provides hands-on experience in market intelligence, CRM administration, export/import data management, and more. Candidates will collaborate with both US and international teams, and bilingual Korean-English proficiency is essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inventory Management Support: Compile daily warehouse stock status and forecasting reports; manage master data within the SCM system to ensure accuracy.
  • CRM Management: Maintain personnel and customer information using Salesforce; manage customer channel Q&A and organize daily reports and communications.
  • Export/Import Data Management: Utilize subscribed platforms to manage and report HS Code data for import/export activities; generate reports to support business decisions.
  • New Customer Management: Aggregate monthly data on new customers, including their demand, applications, and business type.
  • Global Market Intelligence: Input and manage GMI data, compile monthly reports on market trends, and coordinate with HQ.
  • Longtail Management: Collect and verify potential small-to-medium customer data, promote target applications/products, and manage marketing leads.
  • Communication Package Support: Assist in updating market intelligence information between HQ and the America region.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Bilingual Korean-English is required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and similar data analysis tools.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, SCM systems, and Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability for a full-time hourly position with office hours Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in data management or customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Experience with advanced tools such as Sales Navigator is a plus.
