 <ul style="padding-left: 20px; margin: 10px 0;">
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Working as a Senior visual designer first and foremost (will be working alongside strategist) and being comfortable with designing and creating a design suite. Strong UI/UX background and skillset preferred as well.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Understanding of use of illustration, photography, tone of voice, etc for branding.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Come up with brand personality, tone of voice, Branding assets.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ability to create custom illustrations.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Has strong sense of creating something that is compelling emotionally and functionally for brand identity.</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ability to translate brand into a design system (i.e. think through how it shows up in copy, on the website, on app, etc.).</li>
