Position Overview
Chewyis seeking adata driven, tech-savvy, consumer-centric Senior Manager, Product Marketingto join ourBrand Marketing Teamat our headquarters inBoston, MA. In this role, you will partner with various Chewy teams to craft business strategies, inform product and service roadmaps, and develop high-impact marketing strategies and go-to-market executions that drive results. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing product positioning and messaging, launching new businesses and products in the ecommerce or technology space, and translating product features into compelling consumer benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner internally with business and product teams to craft short and long term roadmaps and goals.
- Collaborate with consumer insights, user research, and business & marketing analytics teams to identify opportunities, define targets, develop campaign strategies and tactics, and measure performance.
- Lead the development of marketing initiatives end to end—including positioning, messaging, creative development, go-to-market plans, execution, measurement, and reporting—to drive critical metrics.
- Build close relationships with marketing channel owners (email, social, digital, direct mail, etc.) to determine the marketing mix and ensure coordinated program execution and optimization.
- Work with internal creative teams to develop assets from concept through execution across a broad range of tactics.
- Act as a marketing champion for priority product, service, and new business offerings at Chewy.
- Support Product Marketing team leaders in growing adoption of priority features and services.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
- 5-7 years of product marketing experience, predominantly within the ecommerce or technology space.
- Expertise in connecting business goals and strategy to marketing execution across various channels (display, social, email, direct mail, partnerships, etc.).
- Experience in growing an established business as well as scaling new businesses, services, and product features.
- Strong business and data acumen, with proficiency in both online and offline metrics and measurement.
- Adept at working in a cross-functional, matrixed organization with a demonstrated ability to collaborate, lead, influence, and gain internal buy-in.
