Position Overview
Perfect Staffing Solutions, LLC is a leading staffing company serving the Washington DC metro area with extensive experience in Healthcare, I.T., and Administrative industries. In this role, you will develop and implement strategic recruitment plans, manage candidate relationships, and coordinate the hiring process while ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic recruiting plans using creative and cost-effective methods.
- Implement targeted recruitment strategies and establish best practice efforts, adjusting tactics as needed.
- Lead the candidate relationship process to enhance retention rates and solicit referrals.
- Participate in recruiting activities including job fairs, community events, and conventions.
- Build and maintain networks to identify qualified passive candidates.
- Utilize diverse mediums to develop, build, and maintain a candidate database and talent pipeline.
- Recommend and conduct various recruitment and retention events such as open houses and employee recognition events.
- Coordinate the application process including telephone and internet responses, scheduling, and interviewing.
- Collaborate with hiring teams to manage phone screens and logistics for on-site interviews.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly recruiting reports to Leadership.
- Track and analyze recruitment success metrics, costs, and time to hire.
- Maintain ongoing communication with candidates via phone, email, and social media.
- Manage spreadsheets containing candidate and project tracking information.
- Continuously develop expertise in sourcing and recruitment techniques and tools.
- Grow a database of qualified candidates through networking, referrals, cold calling, and online searches.
- Meet required metrics for prospect outreach and candidate interviews.
- Conduct employment verifications, reference checks, and assist with coordinating background investigations when necessary.
- Verify licensures and credentials for nurses and other healthcare providers.
- Coordinate the new hire orientation process.
- Ensure that all state, federal and company standards are met in the hiring process.
- Complete other assignments as requested.
- May require access to personal health information (PHI) necessary to fulfill the duties.
