Job Description

Our client, a major manufacturing firm recognized for its commitment to operational excellence and innovation, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Improvement Engineer to join their dedicated team. This is an on-site position essential for driving continuous improvement initiatives across our production facilities.

You will be responsible for identifying inefficiencies, analyzing complex processes, and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Key duties include:

• Leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects
• Utilizing statistical analysis to identify root causes of problems
• Developing and implementing corrective actions
• Designing and optimizing workflows
• Improving material flow
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and engineering departments

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologies
• Black Belt or Master Black Belt certification (highly preferred)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proficiency in process mapping tools, statistical software (e.g., Minitab), and ERP systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
