Key Responsibilities

• Guide candidates through skill enhancement programs and hands-on project work.
• Prepare jobseekers for interviews and client interactions.
• Provide support for visa processes including STEM extensions, H1B visas, and Green Cards.
• Connect candidates with opportunities in roles such as entry-level software programming, full-stack development, data analysis, and machine learning.
• Bridge the gap between employer requirements and candidate skills through targeted training and mentorship.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, IT, or Information Systems.
• Strong motivation, eagerness to learn, and curiosity about technology.
• Relevant project experience in real-world environments.
• Proficiency in programming (e.g., Java, JavaScript, C++, Python) and familiarity with frameworks and tools such as Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs; OR knowledge in statistics, SAS, and data visualization tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
