Job Description

Position Overview

As a Client Care Specialist at Gateway Services – Fond Memories in Conroe, TX, you will deliver exceptional customer service across telephone, email, and in-person interactions. This full-time role (M-F 8AM–5PM, 40 hrs plus overtime as needed) offers a rewarding environment where your compassion and dedication help support pet parents and veterinary professionals alike.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure excellent customer service via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
  • Build rapport and assist customers with product orders and inquiries.
  • Determine client needs and offer appropriate solutions along with timely follow-up.
  • Coordinate client service requests to ensure delivery that meets expectations.
  • Maintain extensive product knowledge and adhere to best practices in administrative and operational functions.
  • Perform any additional duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in a customer service environment involving client care.
  • A high level of integrity, ethics, and compassion.

  • Team-oriented with strong problem identification and solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask using multiple systems while interacting with customers.
