Position Overview

In this role, you will serve as a vital resource whether by assisting with collections and loan application reviews or by acting as a brand ambassador delivering a tailored service experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Report to supervisors and team leads while collaborating with underwriting and support teams.
  • Handle incoming/outgoing calls and assist customers by reviewing loan applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide quality customer service by addressing collections issues, educating customers about available financial products, and guiding them through the application process.
  • Research and correct application errors, follow up on missing documents, and maintain clear documentation of account statuses.
  • Adhere to state, federal, and company guidelines to protect both the business and consumers from fraud or identity theft.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a high-volume, collections-oriented or customer service environment (or a minimum of 2 years as a Loan Processor).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written communication, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a distraction-free environment with strong time management and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in standard business computer operations, G-Suite, internet applications, and Windows-based software.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in collections, sales-oriented data processing, or back-office operations is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Hourly Rate:$16.50
  • Performance-Based Bonus:Eligibility for bonuses based on dollars collected per pay period.
