Position Overview

The Entry Level Sales and Customer Service Representative at Florida Marketing North Inc. is responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention by acting as a liaison between clients and their customers. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, educating customers about services, and ensuring a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. The position offers comprehensive training to equip representatives with the necessary skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting customers in person to improve customer satisfaction and increase retention.
  • Building value in client services by educating customers on auto glass options, repairs, and replacements.
  • Comparing and optimizing solutions to meet customer needs and documenting auto glass damage for insurance claims.
  • Keeping in contact with customers over the phone to confirm transaction completions and installation dates.
  • Training daily with upper management to stay updated on client promotions, products, and sales structures.
  • Collaborating with team members to exceed client goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual communication skills in English and another language.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to assess challenges and be solution-oriented.
  • Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and consumers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience as a Customer Service Representative or Sales Representative.
