Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality software development and IT staffing solutions tailored to client needs.
• Execute turnkey projects with efficiency, enabling clients to hit the ground running.
• Customize development and recruiting programs based on detailed client discussions.
• Support candidates with extensive upskill training and rigorous technical interview preparation.
• Ensure client confidentiality and data protection with cutting-edge encryption and strict NDA compliance.

Required Qualifications

• For Java / Full Stack / Software Programmers:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
  • Experience in Java programming and a solid understanding of the software development life cycle.
  • Project work demonstrating relevant technical skills.
  • Knowledge of Core Java, JavaScript, C++ or similar programming languages.
  • Experience with Spring Boot, Microservices, Docker, Jenkins, and REST APIs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• For Data Science / Machine Learning Positions:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT.
  • Project work relevant to data science and machine learning technologies.
  • Highly motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive.
  • Experience with statistical analysis, SAS, Python, Computer Vision, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• For Data Science / Machine Learning: Experience with NLP, Text Mining, Tableau, PowerBI, Time Series Analysis, or TensorFlow.
