Job Description
Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team and support marketing initiatives across the btone brand and franchise network. In this role you will blend graphic design, content creation, and project coordination to maintain brand standards, elevate marketing campaigns, and provide high‐quality, visually compelling marketing resources to drive client engagement and studio growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative & Digital Content Creation:
- Concept, design, and produce engaging marketing content across digital and print channels for both corporate campaigns and franchisee needs.
- Create a wide range of social media and ad platform assets – including static graphics, carousel posts, stories, reels, and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Develop creative assets for paid advertising campaigns tailored to platform requirements to drive performance.
- Maintain and evolve btone’s visual brand standards to ensure consistent, high-quality creative output.
- Build, edit, and manage a centralized asset library of templates, photography, video clips, and campaign materials.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in design and digital marketing to keep content innovative and competitive.
- Provide timely, high-quality creative support for franchisees, ensuring adherence to deadlines and brand expectations.
- Franchise Marketing Support:
- Partner with franchise owners to offer ready-to-use marketing materials aligned with brand standards.
- Design and maintain customizable email marketing templates that ensure consistency across studio campaigns.
- Support creation and management of email automation workflows, including welcome series, client retention, and promotions.
- Coordinate promotional periods by handling setup, administration, tracking, and performance reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing launch campaigns for new studio openings, including content deadlines and social media promotion.
- Act as a creative resource and point of contact for franchisee marketing inquiries.
- Project Coordination:
- Manage multiple creative and marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Collaborate with operations, onboarding, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with broader business objectives.
- Maintain organized systems for campaign planning, asset management, and performance reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of marketing experience, preferably in a multi-location brand, fitness, or franchise environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, or similar).
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for typography, layout, and storytelling.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms and digital ad campaigns.
- Familiarity with email marketing CRMs, template design, and automation setup.
- Understanding of promotional period planning including administration, tracking, and reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience of at least 2 years is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello) is a plus.
- 2 years of marketing experience beyond the required criteria is preferred.
