Job Description

Position Overview

BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands company and the recognized leader in team athletic gear, is hiring a Sales Admin Assistant to work remotely in Minnesota. In this role, you will support our sales team by ensuring rapid order processing, managing customer inquiries, and effectively navigating SAP/CRM systems, helping to save valuable time for coaches and administrators across youth leagues, schools, and corporate offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and resolve all discrepancies or incomplete orders
  • Communicate with the sales team to better service customers
  • Handle inbound sales leads
  • Understand company credit policies and proactively provide information necessary for rapid order processing
  • Respond to customer emails
  • Manage and navigate the SAP/CRM systems and databases
  • Handle complex customer interactions
  • Collaborate with management to better assist and service BSN customers

Required Qualifications

  • Good at problem solving
  • Exceptional decision making
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate with seasoned CSR's and Sales Representatives
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • High School Diploma
