    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Ensure that <strong>critical manufacturing assets</strong> are planned, scheduled, and synchronized along each flow path.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Achieve the best possible <strong>customer service</strong> while maximizing <strong>profitability</strong>.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Minimize inventory assets by adhering to the defined <strong>Sales and Operations Plan</strong>.</li>
    <li style="margin: 8px 0;">Maintain <strong>day shift</strong> operations (Monday-Friday) and support <strong>off-shifts</strong> as needed, serving as first line support during off-shift calls.</li>
