Compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year plus commissions. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and learn from a team of Recruiters to better understand candidates' career aspirations and match them with our clients' needs.
- Be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and building relationships with finance and accounting professionals to match their talents with our open searches.
- Provide a consultative and value-added approach to developing relationships.
- Educate candidates regarding employment and hiring trends and share market insights.
- Track daily activities within a CRM system.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.
- Experience Required: 1-2+ years of professional work experience, ideally in Recruiting, Sales, Business Operations, or Technology.
- Excellent business acumen along with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Passion for sales demonstrated through actions, attitude, and execution.
- Excellent follow-up skills and strong attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment with a strong desire to learn and excel in the interim staffing business.
- Ability to enhance our culture with a professional, yet fun and outgoing demeanor.
- A proven track record of meeting and/or exceeding monthly goals.
- A results-oriented, take-charge attitude capable of developing and closing a strong business case for client action.
- Strong telephone and prospecting (cold-calling) skills.
- A competitive spirit with demonstrated success in academics, athletics, music, or other fields.
