Duties

• Represent the company and its clients professionally in marketing and promotional campaigns

• Assist in executing direct marketing strategies and outreach initiatives
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members
• Track customer interactions and report feedback to management
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
• Participate in training sessions to develop marketing, communication skills
• Follow company guidelines, brand standards, and ethical marketing practices
• Support team efforts to improve campaign effectiveness and customer satisfaction
