Position Overview

Oxford Solutions has a contract-to-hire opening for a Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual Vietnamese/English) to join our client's online healthcare team. This opportunity is Onsite (Pittsburgh, PA or Chesterfield, MO) and is a 6 Month Contract-to-Hire role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries
  • Provide accurate support for healthcare and pharmacy programs; triage when needed
  • Document call information and maintain confidentiality of patient data
  • Use knowledge base tools and follow company protocols
  • Meet performance targets and contribute to improving patient experience
  • Stay current on product updates and process changes

Required Qualifications

  • Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English (language assessment required)
  • High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Customer service or inbound call center experience required
  • Healthcare or pharmacy background strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal/written communication and technical aptitude
  • Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Able to work varied shifts, including rotating Saturdays
