Position Overview
Oxford Solutions has a contract-to-hire opening for a Customer Support Specialist (Bilingual Vietnamese/English) to join our client's online healthcare team. This opportunity is Onsite (Pittsburgh, PA or Chesterfield, MO) and is a 6 Month Contract-to-Hire role.

Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and resolve patient, doctor, and insurer inquiries
- Provide accurate support for healthcare and pharmacy programs; triage when needed
- Document call information and maintain confidentiality of patient data
- Use knowledge base tools and follow company protocols
- Meet performance targets and contribute to improving patient experience
- Stay current on product updates and process changes
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual fluency in Vietnamese and English (language assessment required)
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service or inbound call center experience required
- Healthcare or pharmacy background strongly preferred
- Strong verbal/written communication and technical aptitude
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work varied shifts, including rotating Saturdays
