 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Partner closely with Engineering, Quality &amp; Production</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Ensure compliance with industry standards and export/import requirements</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Drive cost-reduction and continuous improvement initiatives</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Mentor junior team members</li>

 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">5+ years of procurement experience in aerospace/defense</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong negotiation and supplier management experience</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Deep understanding of applicable industry standards</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">ERP/MRP experience (SAP, Oracle, etc.)</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Bachelor’s degree preferred; APICS/ISM certifications a plus</li>
 <li style="margin: 10px 0; line-height: 1.6;">Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills</li>
