Key Responsibilities
- Lead Engineering Operations: Guide teams to deliver impactful results across daily operations and strategic projects.
- Optimize Workforce Utilization: Develop and maintain labor standards that support data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.
- Drive Project Execution: Manage complex initiatives from concept to completion, aligning with business goals and timelines.
- Enhance Process Performance: Implement improvements in layout, flow, packaging, and quality to boost productivity.
- Advance Technology Adoption: Recommend and support innovative solutions that improve performance across all areas.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
- Certified in Lean and Six Sigma with proficiency in labor and warehouse management systems
- Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with proven cross-functional leadership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with Theory of Constraints and additional process improvement methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in dynamic environments
