Key Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Operations: Guide teams to deliver impactful results across daily operations and strategic projects.
• Optimize Workforce Utilization: Develop and maintain labor standards that support data-driven decisions and operational efficiency.
• Drive Project Execution: Manage complex initiatives from concept to completion, aligning with business goals and timelines.
• Enhance Process Performance: Implement improvements in layout, flow, packaging, and quality to boost productivity.
• Advance Technology Adoption: Recommend and support innovative solutions that improve performance across all areas.

Required Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Minimum five years of experience in manufacturing or distribution environments
• Certified in Lean and Six Sigma with proficiency in labor and warehouse management systems
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills with proven cross-functional leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with Theory of Constraints and additional process improvement methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects in dynamic environments
