Job Description
Position Overview
In this role, you will work with the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting to complete all SEC financial reporting activities. You will collaborate closely with the Accounting team and other departments (Tax, Legal, Finance, Investor Relations), as well as with external auditors and consultants. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, analytical, organized, and comfortable problem-solving while building effective relationships across the Company.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing the Company’s SEC filings, including Form 10-Qs, 10-Ks, 8-Ks, and annual proxy statements, ensuring accurate iXBRL tagging in Workiva.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, stockholders’ equity, and cash flows) and footnote disclosures in accordance with GAAP guidelines.
- Gather supporting data, perform tie outs, and conduct analysis for SEC filings.
- Perform flux analyses to support quarter-end close and assist in drafting the MD&A.
- Maintain the reporting calendar to inform stakeholders of key deadlines for Form 10-Q/K and 8-K filings.
- Identify proper accounting disclosures, conduct research, document issues in accounting whitepapers, and propose suitable benchmark disclosures.
- Manage the Company’s equity programs, including accounting for stock-based compensation per ASC 718.
- Coordinate with external auditors to support SAS 100 quarterly reviews and the annual audit.
- Assist the SOX PMO by coordinating workstreams on control design, implementation, and business process changes.
- Prepare and review presentations for executive management and the Audit Committee.
- Identify and implement process improvements and enhanced controls.
- Provide training and support on the Workiva SEC Reporting Solution.
- Participate in special projects and perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in accounting and/or financial reporting, including at least 1 year with a public company or public accounting firm.Experience in tech and IPOis a plus.
- Solid understanding of GAAP and accounting processes; familiarity with SOX is beneficial.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work within strict deadlines.
- Excellent collaboration, interpersonal, written communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong initiative, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to tackle complex problems.
- Experience with Workiva SEC Reporting Solution and iXBRL review.Experience with NetSuite and/or Schwab EquiViewis a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA is preferred.
