Position Overview

We are seeking a Civil Engineer to join our collaborative team in Parsippany, NJ. In this role, you will contribute to the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects—gaining hands-on experience in mixed-use developments, shopping centers, residential, higher education, federal projects, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, design, and permitting of civil engineering, land development, and infrastructure projects.
  • Prepare and modify engineering documents including reports, specifications, plans, construction schedules, cost estimates, and design plans using software such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Utilize maps, drawings, and aerial photographs to assess site conditions including soil composition, terrain, hydrology, and topography for project planning and design.
  • Recommend innovative approaches to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Apply engineering principles and advanced mathematics in project tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members on various assignments and perform additional duties as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Entry-level to 2 years of experience.
  • Minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • EIT Certification or current registration for the FE exam.
  • Prior internship or professional experience in site/civil design including site planning, grading, stormwater management, drainage, and soil erosion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
