Insurance Sales Representative (P&C)

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Property & Casualty Sales Producer who knows how to hunt new business, nurture leads like a pro, and turn prospects into loyal clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Create P&C insurance quotes for prospective clients over the phone (we’ll provide all the leads you’ll ever need).
• Ensure all prospects and clients have an amazing experience.
• Collaborate with our team to achieve ambitious sales goals.
• Actively prospect for new business.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of successful sales or business development experience.
• No insurance experience needed – comprehensive training provided.
• Confidence, charisma, and strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented mindset.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Proven networking ability.
• Active P&C License or willingness to obtain one.

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance sales experience: 2 years (Preferred).
