Associate Appian Developer (Entry-Level)

Position Overview

You will become an expert on our Appian software working directly with internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Leverage experience in a range of critical process improvement disciplines, including business process management, knowledge management, personalization, business intelligence, and application integration on the Appian platform.
• Utilize a varied skill set to construct, implement, and deploy process-centric business process management solutions based on Appian software.
• Analyze a client’s business strategy and processes to develop technical solutions that support their objectives.
• Design prototypes, model business processes, and analyze requirements.
• Implement quality assurance plans, load testing, and roll-out strategies.
• Triage and troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support for various business applications.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a passion for technology.

Required Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Engineering, Computer Science, Economics, Math, or equivalent background
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL or similar), including designing data models and entity relationship diagrams from business use cases
