Job Description

Position Overview

In this role as a New Grad Associate Technical Business Analyst, you will join Visa’s Technology Planning & Business Operations (TPBO) team. You will help drive investment planning, project & portfolio management, workforce planning, and strategic initiatives that improve efficiency, transparency, and collaboration across the Technology organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide project/program management support for cross-functional, large-scale, high-visibility strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Technology, Product, and other cross-functional stakeholders to drive program activities.
  • Manage day-to-day aspects of initiatives including scope, schedule, and financial tracking.
  • Support strategic initiatives related to Visa’s global workforce and location strategy with a focus on Product & Technology hubs.
  • Maintain and improve workforce planning processes in collaboration with Finance, People, and planning leads.
  • Automate internal reporting and processes using tools such as Microsoft PowerBI and PowerAutomate.
  • Provide ad-hoc support for various business management activities as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Less than 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, CIS/MIS, or a related field (Graduating January 2025 - August 2025).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clear, concise written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple concurrent deliverables.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant internship or work experience; experience in the Payments and/or Technology industry is a plus.
  • Thorough understanding of the Information Technology domain combined with data analytics and project/program management skills.
  • A collaborative “team player” mentality with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Highly driven, resourceful, and results-oriented with a “make it happen” mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience working with reporting and data visualization systems such as SQL, Access, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Strong process orientation with the ability to define and improve business processes and reporting mechanisms.
