IFS Analyst

Title: IFS Analyst

• 5 days onsite in Grand Prairie, TX
• Working hands-on with IFS Applications
• Support functional configuration work across Finance, Projects, Field Service Management (FSM), and HR modules—learning from the IFS Architect and progressively taking on broader scope.
• Write and maintain SOPs, end-user training guides, and configuration documentation so institutional knowledge lives in Polk, not in a consultant’s head
• Own the T1 and T2 IFS support queue end-to-end—triage tickets, resolve functional issues, escalate with full context, and close the loop with end users.
• Compensation: 80-100K
