Overview

We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented team member to join our growing real estate media company in Austin. No real estate photography experience required, we will train you. Personality, professionalism, and reliability matter more than prior media experience.

We’re looking for someone with an outgoing, positive personality who genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

What You’ll Do

• Travel locally to residential properties for scheduled photo appointments
• Capture interior and exterior photos using our simple shot list
• Represent our company with warmth and professionalism
• Upload photo files after each shoot, no editing required
• Learn drone, video, and advanced media services as you grow
• Build relationships with agents and clients

Compensation

• Paid training at $18/hour
• Standard photoshoots start at $20 per unit
• * Each unit represents 60 minutes of scheduled on-site time
• $25 per unit once drone certified
• $30+ per unit for video and advanced services as you grow
• $0.70 per mile reimbursement
• Sales commission for new agent bookings you bring in

Schedule & Availability

• Approximately 25 hours per week
• Must be available at least 3 to 4 days per week
• Shoots occur Monday through Saturday
• Flexible scheduling, but reliability and consistency are essential

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred
• Event support or sales background is a plus
• Warm, engaging personality with strong people skills
• Highly punctual with strong attention to detail and follow through
• Flexible and adaptable with shifting schedules
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Comfortable working on your feet all day
• Comfortable with daily local driving
• Tech comfortable: iPhone, laptop, apps, file uploads
• Open to feedback and motivated to improve
• Aligned with a culture of kindness, professionalism, and creating exceptional client experiences

Photography experience is welcome, but not required. We are happy to train the right personality.

• Laptop with reliable high-speed internet
• Reliable fuel efficient vehicle (preferably 2011 or newer)
• Ability to work within a 50-mile radius of Austin
