Job Description

Position Overview

The Restaurant Marketing Director is responsible for directing marketing and public relations efforts for one or more specific Chick‑fil‑A Units within a given trade area. Hired by and reporting directly to the Operator of each Unit, the role involves working closely with Unit Operators to develop and execute marketing plans, monitor campaign effectiveness, track redemptions, and foster community relationships. The job offers a flexible work schedule with most work performed from home and requires the use of a personal vehicle for community-related activities (mileage reimbursed).

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Operator to create a marketing plan
  • Execute the marketing plan
  • Track redemptions and monitor effectiveness
  • Build relationships within the community (e.g., distributing PALs/BOGs, catering menus, setting up cross-promotions, school programs, and engaging in community-wide events)
  • Set up an in‑store sampling program

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous marketing or outside sales experience is a plus
