Front Page Agency is officially opening new operations in Fort Worth this August. This Entry-Level Project Manager role is designed for fast learners eager to build real-world leadership experience. You'll be mentored directly by senior staff and trusted with hands‐on responsibilities from day one. Full training is provided!

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the coordination and rollout of local marketing and outreach campaigns
• Manage small teams during events and client activations
• Track performance metrics and suggest improvements to boost results
• Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure expectations are met
• Help onboard new hires and set the tone for success

Required Qualifications

• Natural leadership qualities, even if you're just starting out
• Thrives in a people-facing, fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and solution-driven
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Located in or near Fort Worth, TX
