This position is intended to sell Fujifilm medical imaging devices, options, and service contracts to prospective and existing customers in their assigned territory. Key Responsibilities

  • Work with Zone Directors to develop a calling strategy to maximize territory coverage and sales.
  • Prospect new customers and build relationships in health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets to sell equipment and service contracts.
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and cross-sell additional products and options.
  • Implement hospital selling strategies and tactics with health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, and GPOs.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations to generate quotes for new equipment and option sales.
  • Coordinate with Product Specialists to conduct product demonstrations and clinical presentations to prospective and existing customers.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to develop business plans and market assessments.
  • Continuously develop product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm products and services.
  • Provide timely and accurate feedback on competitive products, pricing, and changing market trends.
  • Report all account contacts and activities accurately in the Salesforce/CRM system.
  • Assist in collections of accounts receivable, renewal of service contracts, and resolution of product performance issues as required.
  • Stay current on industry trends and developments.
  • Attend RSNA and other local industry trade shows and conventions to develop sales leads and new relationships.
  • Comply with all applicable U.S. FDA medical device regulatory requirements and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Complete vendor credentialing requirements to gain access to hospitals and facilities.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience Required: 4+ years Sales experience preferred.
  • Education: BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or related field required.
  • Ability to travel extensively within an assigned geographic territory.
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Strong ability to sell products based on customer need, with excellent sales presentation skills and the capacity to overcome objections.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels, including C-Level, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians.
  • Ability to develop long-term business relationships and collaborate effectively with internal departments.
  • Capability to structure sales that meet customer requirements including product specifications and pricing.
  • Strong project management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Desire to succeed and work collaboratively with support staff to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to maintain required reports, including call tracking, order tracking, and business expense reporting.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • • Ability to use personal, public, and air transportation as needed.

  • Travel Requirements:
  • • Up to 100% travel may be required based on business need.
  • • Full territory for this position includes Texas.
  • • Travel to and service the entire region is required.
